While some might find snowplowing in Michigan a thankless, never-ending task, Will Dumont finds it rewarding. His favorite task at 633 Group is clearing snow in the middle of the winter because he knows that his efforts help people get where they need to go more conveniently and safely. 

He also takes pride in his non-winter responsibilities including mowing grass and maintaining gardens. 

Prior to joining 633 Group, Will worked at Providence Seamless Gutters and worked in the maintenance field for 8 years.
