Mark Ostrander is in his 16th season as Course Superintendent at The Moors Golf Club. He is a graduate of the Turfgrass Management Program at Michigan State University.
Prior to The Moors, Mark spent five years as the Assistant Superintendent at Point O’Woods Country Club in Benton Harbor, Mich., in addition to several seasons at Egypt Valley Country Club in Ada, Mich. He is currently President of the Michigan Golf Course Superintendents Association.
Mark is a proactive leader bringing excellent argonomic experience and knowledge plus a rock-solid work ethic. He and his crew take great pride in providing exceptional playing conditions consistently for Members of The Moors Golf Club.
He has two beautiful kids, Molly and Matthew. Mark is also a dedicated Hockey Coach for KOHA and has recently taken an interest in disc golf when not tending to all things green within Woodbridge and The Moors. In addition, if he has it his way you’ll find him eating Fruity Pebbles for breakfast.
