Project Details

Woodbridge Hills is a beautifully planned development with an 18-hole championship golf club located one mile east of US-131 off Centre Avenue in Portage, Mich. The community offers a variety of condominium and single family homes with additional amenities within the community such as grocery, pharmacy, banking, healthcare clinics, and restaurants.

633 Group team members were part of the original development plans and construction. Residential management services were needed throughout the construction process and continued because of our commitment to maintain what we developed. As a result, we manage 8 out of 10 associations in addition to the Master Homeowners Association, Moors of Portage within Woodbridge Hills.

While there are 633 residential properties total, Woodbridge Hills also includes The Moors Golf Club, Woodbridge Village, and offers office and light industrial space at 8001 Angling Road.
